Here is the Zenith Mutant Pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville units: 30,000 to 80,000 SHU. This Pepper originates from USA and was a cross between a Buena Mulata X Xion Mutant Pepper. This pepper variety has pods getting 1.5 inches long and a red skin when fully ripe. This is its 3rd year an the pods are consistent. you may get a few variations where pod may be larger or smaller. These mutant pod hang down and not upright. Plants can get to 2.5 feet tall and tend to be a medium bush sized plants but if pruned they tend to stay small. These go great in salads, rice & beans and sauces. We found this to be a very productive variety and easy to grow in northern climates.
